Legal Fees
At Vasu Legal Services, we recognise that every case presents its own factual matrix and procedural requirements, which means a one-size-fits-all approach to pricing is neither appropriate nor transparent. The fees set out below represent our starting professional charges for legal work undertaken by our team, structured to reflect the complexity and time typically involved in immigration and related matters. We maintain a clear pricing framework with no hidden costs and no ambiguity around what is included within our service. Please note that these fees relate solely to our professional legal services. Any third-party disbursements, including but not limited to Home Office application fees, Tribunal charges, biometric enrolment costs, or expert report fees, are separate and payable in addition to our legal fees. Where such costs are relevant, they will be clearly identified and explained at the outset so that you retain full visibility of the overall financial position before proceeding.
We offer comprehensive legal services covering all aspects of immigration law for both personal and business clients.
At Vasu Legal Services, we understand that each client faces unique and complex issues in their applications. Therefore, the fees listed below represent our starting prices. Please be aware that these fees are for our professional legal services only. Any third-party charges, such as Home Office fees, Tribunal fees and expert report costs, will be billed separately and directly to you by the third parties. All of our legal services are provided at fixed fees, so you know exactly what to expect without any hidden costs.
The quoted fees apply to one applicant and one application. They do not include disbursements or legal representative fees at court hearings. All prices are exclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes, which may be incurred depending on your personal circumstances.
